Bart Neville – Broker of Record

Bart is also a Relocation Specialist, and works with DND families on a daily basis. Since he started in real estate 17 years ago, Bart has been a top-producing agent, leaving behind a trail of happy clientele. He is Past-President of the Renfrew County Real Estate Board and was instrumental in the creation of the Board Logo and Annual Golf Tournament for local charities. Bart holds an honors diploma in Business from Algonquin College, where he was awarded the President Rosser Prize for leadership and academic achievement. He has also studied Political Science at Carleton University. Bart is a very active member of the community; involved in sports, fundraisers and social clubs, such as Ducks Unlimited. He is married and has four children.

Mike Neville – Broker

Michael is an experienced Broker who holds a CMA, CFP and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree. He was VP Finance with an Ottawa real estate builder/developer. He has also held challenging financial positions with RBC, KPMG, Nortel and National Defence. Michael enjoys helping clients with their biggest investments whether that be a home, a rental property or a business. Michael has 2 sons, one is a C.A. and the eldest is a professional in the medical field. Michael enjoys hockey, golf, tennis, and discovery investing. He is engaged to a beautiful Newfoundland gal.

Gloria Neville – Broker

Gloria has been in real estate for thirty years. She has received many awards, including one of “Canada’s Most Referred Realtors”. She is past president of the Renfrew County Real Estate Board, a Registered Relocation Specialist, and a member of the DNDIRP.com Referral Team. She is also a very active volunteer in the community; as past president for the area Heart and Stroke Foundation, a member of Ducks Unlimited, involved in church activities and an area festival supporter. She has six children and fifteen grandchildren.

Denise Bowes – Sales Representative

Denise is the newest member of the Neville Team. As the wife of a retired soldier, her specialty is working with military buyers and sellers. Having experienced first hand the challenges that come with moving to an unfamiliar area and having to purchase a home in a short period of time, Denise will help you every step of the way. She will also introduce you to some of the great amenities Petawawa has to offer to help you feel right at home. Denise was born in Petawawa and has lived here for most of her life; she is an avid snowmobiler and enjoys spending time outdoors. One of her favorite pass times is walking her two dogs.
